Thalassemia prevention and check-up camp
A Thalassemia prevention and check-up camp was held at Sri Sathya Sai Seva Samithi premises, Kendrapada on 19.10.2021 (Tuesday). The camp was conducted by Professor Hemalata Das, Bleeding Disorders specialist from SUM hospital. All patients and relatives were counseled regarding the care and follow-up. 24 thalassemia patients were examined in the camp.

Guru Poornima Grama Seva report
Loving Sairam! with Bhagawan Baba’s blessings various Grama Seva activities have been undertaken on auspicious Guru Poornima by Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisation Odisha.
Bleeding Disorders Clinic
Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisations, Bhadrak1, Odisha organised a Bleeding Disorders Clinic in Sri Sathya Sai Holistic Healthcare Centre, Bhadrak. 17 patients suffering from Thalassemia, Sickle cell anemia and Hemophilia were examined and counseled by Dr. Hemlata Das, a specialist in Bleeding Disorders. An orientation session on continuing care of such patients was also held for the Sevadal. The patients were served Prasadam at the end of the camp.
By the immense grace of Bhagawan, Sri Sathya Sai Seva Samithi, Jharsuguda, Odisha Organised 2 Covid vaccination camps at the Sai Samithi premises on 19.08.21 and 26.8.21, with the help of the Health & FW Department, Govt of Odisha. The camps were organized in a spiritual ambiance by our Sevadal. 259 beneficiaries (1st. & 2nd doses) were vaccinated. Sri Naba Kishor Das, Hon’ble minister H & F W Department, Govt. of Odisha inaugurated the camp and expressed gratitude for the selfless service of
Sri Sathya Sai Seva organizations. The beneficiaries and medical staff also expressed their gratitude to Bhagawan. The next camp is scheduled for 2nd September.

Go Sambardhana Utshav
This is one of the big festivals in the State of Odisha and is widely celebrated in every village across the state. This festival is being celebrated on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan.
Raksha Bandhan is also observed as the birthday of Lord Balabahadra, who is considered the lord of farmers. Raksha Bandhan, also known as “Gamha Purnima”, is also celebrated as an agricultural festival, and rakhis are tied to cattle too. Cattle were worshiped by the farmers on this very day.
This year this festival was celebrated on 22nd August 2021, Sunday. On this auspicious day, the Sevadal of Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisations, Odisha too celebrated this festival with the village people and devotees present at SSSVIP Village, Housing Project Village, Water Project Village and adopted village of our Organisation as well as street cows. They tied rakhis to the cattle, formed rituals and also offered Seva to the cattle of the villages in the form of inspection of cattle sheds, feeding the cattle, organising vaccination cum health camps for cattle or spreading awareness among villagers about cattle care under the Project “Sai Karuna” at all the 35 Sai Districts across the State.
On 15th Aug 2021, Independence Day the district administration Rayagada district in Odisha appreciated and admired Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisation for the Seva rendered during Covid.
