All India Sadhana Camp for State Presidents, State Vice-Presidents and National Coordinators, at Paradeep (Odisha)

A two days Sadhana Camp was held on 9th & 10th Dec 2017 at Paradeep in Odisha for State Presidents, State Vice-Presidents and National Coordinators. The camp was conducted and supervised by All India President Sri Nimish Pandya and National Vice-President Sri N Ramani. The Sadhana camp was mainly on 9 point
code of conduct which Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba has issued for the entire mankind and in particular to the devotees and members of Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisation. The 9 points were dealt with Power Point Presentations and with own experiences of the speakers who were all State Presidents. All India President and National Vice-President have moderated the proceedings with appropriate messages in between the talks and on 2nd day (10th Dec) there was a group discussion as the audience were divided into 5 groups-Sathya, Dharma, Shanthi, Prema and Ahimsa as how they implemented the 9 code of conduct in day-to-day life.

Sri Nimish Pandya, All India President has given the opening remarks as why we need Sadhana and he has reminded that time has come to evolve ourselves as the true soldiers of Bhagawan and to take His Mission forward. He further added that the task requires a complete tuning to Bhagawan’s ideals forgetting the difference and positions and be a humble servant.
Sri E Mukundan, State President-Kerala on Daily Jap and Dhyan, he has given several examples as how to connect with Bhagawan by following these important daily Sadhana paths-illustrated about Jyothi Dhyan and how to spread this Divine inner Jyothi to family members, neighbors and in fact everyone gradually and also explained the importance of Gayatri mantra chanting.
Sri Bharat Jhawar, State President, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh, spoke about Bhajan with family members. The Family that prays together stays together (daily Bhajan with family members). He has explained the importance of family values and how we can unite them with Bhajan and this is a solution to present day family break-ups. Extended family members can also be invited and involved in Bhajans.
Sri Manoj Batra, State President, Rajasthan, narrated about Balvikas and how important this activity to bring students and youth into Sai Mission and explained many miracles in his role as BV guru. He further said, there is a need to review Balvikas content to invite multi faith children, parents etc.
Sri S G Chalam, State President, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, talked on Participation in Community service and he said opportunities are available for every age group in Sathya Sai Seva Organisation and said further, Seva Unites the people as it goes without caste, colour, religion and Nationality. AIP appreciated the Sri Chalam’s services in Prashanthi Nilayam as how he is handling many fronts at a time.
Sri Nagesh Dakappa, State President, Karnataka, spoke on “Participating regularly in Samithi Bhajans”. Whatever the role one is playing in our Organisation must associate with parent Samithi and take active role and attend Bhajans and other activities. He said about the “Bhajan Book released by Karnataka Organisation and he further said about Paduakas for every Sai centre.
Sri Rajiv Chopra, State President, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, spoke about daily reading of Sai literature and speaking softly and sweetly with others. He explained the importance of Tongue which does two things-eating and speaking, said we should think before speaking and should not waste our talk. By reading daily Swami’s literature there will be change in attitude and personality. He also spoke about thought process and the 1st step is having good thoughts.
Sri Ramesh Sawant, State President, Maharashtra and Goa, spoke on ‘not to speak ill of others’ AIP appreciated Sri Ramesh as he is a good example as he never speaks ill of others. This task is tough as the speaker said but we must practice taking Bhagawan as the best example who was always kind and compassionate and accommodated everyone in His Mission.
Smt Kamala Pandya, National Coordinator (BV & Educational wing), Spoke on the role of Mahilas and Balvikas activities. She explained how effectively mahilas can play an important role in Divine Mission and mahilas must take Balvikas momentum forward and invite and involve students after group 3 pass out. All
India President here reminded that Organisation strong backbone is Mahila wing.
Sri G Varadhan, State President, Tamilnadu, spoke on ‘self audit by spiritual dairy’ and a format has been supplied to mark the progress of the Sadhana one undertakes. He reminded that everyone has to introspect of how we are doing our Sadhana to become an example for others. All India President here said that Organisation based on Collective Decisions sustains for ever-Individual Decision are the root cause of decline.
Sri J P Rao, State President, Odisha, has spoken on ‘Trust and Organisation’ and mentioned that always an healthy relation should exist between these two bodies and they must move like a cart and take the Organisation forward. All India President said, all the Organisation properties must be looked after by the State Trust convener. He said as an example in Odisha that there are three types of activities a) No cost activities b) Low cost activities c) High cost activities and here All India President told all the states (Samithis) must take only No cost & Low cost activities only.
Sri Jatinder Cheema, State President, Delhi NCR, spoke Ceiling on Desires and he explained how to plan our movements with respect to money and save or not to waste. He narrated his own example as how he is following Bhagawan’s principles. He cautioned that jealousy, anger and ego if expressed towards others will actually ruin our health.
Sri N Ramani, National Vice-President, beautifully narrated an incident happened in Ooty and he explained Bhagawan is the only one who takes care of everything and we must talk to Him and communicate with Him all the time and all the things.
Chairman Paradeep Port Trust, an young man, Chairman of the Paradeep Port trust was invited to speak few words. In his short speech said very important life principles. a) Have empathy rather than sympathy (having sympathy is useless) b) Connect with everyone down to the lowest cadres c) Chair is very important than the person-we must respect and honour Chair always.
First time in the history, AIP, NVP, National Coordinators, SP s & SVP s have participated in collective Chanting of Omkaram (21), Suprabhatham and Nagar Sankirtan from 5 am to 5.45 am on 10th Dec 2017.
Sri Nimish Pandya, All India President, he summed up the proceedings and requested the State Presidents, Trust Conveners, State Vice-Presidents and National Coordinators to take these Sadhana proceedings to very Samithi and Bhajan Mandali level and to all the State and District office bearers. He further said to increase the Bhajan centres and Balvikas centres
All India President and his entire team thanked the Odisha State sevadal force and State President Sri J P Rao, State Trust Convener Sri Antharyami Patnaik and State Vice-President Sri Narayana Sar for making all the arrangements and taking care of everyone with utmost devotion and dedication.
All India President has announced that next All India Sadhana Camp will be held at Alike, Karnataka in Dec 2018.
