Shri R J Rathnakar inaugurates the first exclusive Nithya Anna(free lunch) prasada seva kendram for “pregnant women” at NTR District Hospital in Andhra Pradesh

Rendering service to the poor and needy as per the Divine ideology of Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba vaaru is the hallmark of Sri Sathya Sai Seva organisations, said Sri R.J.Rathnakar, Trustee, Sri Sathya Ssai Central Trust, Prasanthinilayam while inaugurating the first exclusive Nithya Anna(free lunch) prasada seva kendram for Pregnant women in Andhra Pradesh at NTR District Hospital, Anakapalle.

Addressing a large gathering of devotees and public at Rao Gopala Rao Kala Kshetram, Sri Rathnakar said that “This is the 16thsuch Nithya anna prasada seva kendram in Andhra Pradesh out of which 15 other such centres serve free lunch to the attendants of the inpatients in Government Hospitals in Andhra Pradesh”.

 

Shri Rathnakar said that the increase of service activities by Sri Sathya Sai Seva organisations can be even measured second by second as several service activities are being done at a rapid pace on a large scale across Sri Sathya Sai centres in over 150 countries across the globe. “It is heartening to note that more and more new persons, especially youth who have not even seen Sri Sathya Sai Baba in his physical form, are now voluntarily coming to render service under the aegis of Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisations which stands testimony to the selfless, passionate service attitude of these youth.

Shri Rathnakar thanked Shri Peela Govinda Sathyanarayana, MLA for his untiring efforts in getting the sanction and  approval for construction of this new building from Honorable Chief Minister Sri Nara Chandra babu for this noble purpose. He complimented him for joining the other sevadal (volunteers) in rendering service

In their speeches, Sri Peela Govinda Satyanarayana, MLA and Sri Dadi Veerabhadra rao, former Minister have lauded noble services of Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisations for the betterment of the poor and needy.

They opined that such great service can be done only by Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisations in a unique system filled with love and passion. They thanked Shri Rathnakar for starting the Nithya Anna(free lunch) prasada seva kendram for Pregnant women in Anakapalle which is first of its kind in the entire State – Andhra Pradesh

Sri Rathnakar alongwith Sri Peela Govinda Satyanarayana, MLA also inaugurated the kitchen, the office room and the waiting hall.

Smt. Hima Rathnakar inaugurated the dining room and presented Sai protein food to the pregnant women in the hospital.

With love and passion, RJ Rathnakar and Mrs Hima Rathnakar served lunch to the pregnant women in the newly constructed Nithya Anna(free lunch) prasada seva kendram.

Sri Rathnakar felicitated Shri Peela Govinda satyanarayana, MLA, Shri Dadi Veerabhadra rao, former minister and Dr. M.Jaganmohan rao, medical superintendent, NTR District Hospital, and other senior office bearers on the occasion.

Free fresh lunch cooked in the hospital premises will be offered daily to around 200 to 300 pregnant women who come to NTR District Hospital, by Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisations, Vizag district through Sri Sathya Sai Annapurna Charitable Trust.

Sri SG Chalam, State President, Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organization (SSSSO), Andhra Pradesh, Sri S. Koteswarao, National Service wing coordinator, Dr. M.Jaganmohan rao also spoke on the occasion.

Sri VR Nageswara Rao, District President, Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisation, Visakhapatnam District, coordinated the programme.

Sri R.Lakshmana rao, state vice-president, sri sathya sai seva organization, AP proposed the vote of thanks.

The programme was attended by more than 3500 Sathya Sai devotees, youth, public, several senior office bearers of Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisation
