Aum Sri Sairam

Education in totality implies academics consummated with human values. Being pioneers in offering value based education for more than five decades, Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisations conducted CMMC 2020 (Chennai Metro Multiple Choice Questions contest 2020)  for students of IX, X, XI and XII Standard in the main subjects – Maths, Science stream, Social Science and Commerce stream, both for Tamilnadu State Board (English and Tamil Medium) & CBSE board.

1150 students participated from various schools across Chennai. The two-hour MCQ contest held at Chennai Metro Central Station on Sunday, the 16th Feb 2020, to testify the depth of assimilation of the subject content through these multiple-choice questions. The idea was to give a practice session in the MCQ space on the different types of questions that they can expect in their upcoming Board exams.

The parents of the respective students were given an overview by the expert faculties and counsellor on how to motivate the students to face examination confidently and subject preparation focussing on a right career choice. The session also included an overview of the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning education system along with the admission process.

The programme was conceptualized  and executed within a very short time frame of 10 days, right from inviting online registrations, offline registrations, question paper preparations, Venue and facility arrangements etc. Over 200 Sevadal (Gents and Mahilas) along with the Youth participated in the Seva project.   We could see Bhagavan’s Divine Hand working miraculously across all stages of the planning and execution process.

Post announcement of results, a career counselling programme has been planned especially for students passing out with average marks to choose a right career choice to shape a glorious future for them in this competitive world.

The top 100 scorers will be felicitated on Sunday, 23 Feb 2020 at a programme to be held at Sri Sathya Sai Nivas Perambur, Chennai Metro North district.

Thanks to Swami for providing all of us this Opportunity.

Jai Sairam
